I recently stayed at WelcomeHeritage, and it was a pleasant experience overall. The check-in process was smooth, and the staff was courteous and welcoming. The room was clean, well-maintained, and had all the basic amenities needed for a comfortable stay. The bed was cozy, and the housekeeping team did a great job each day. One of the highlights was the location — conveniently situated close to Hawa Mahal and local market, making it easy to explore the area. The breakfast spread was decent with a good mix of options, and the in-house restaurant served quality food. Overall, I’d recommend this hotel for a comfortable stay. Great for a relaxed vacation!

Amazing Stay – Safe, Luxurious & Exceptional Service! I had an incredible experience at this hotel. From the moment I arrived, the staff was extremely polite, welcoming, and always ready to help with a smile. The entire property felt very safe and well-maintained, giving me complete peace of mind throughout my stay. The rooms were luxurious, spotless, and had all the modern amenities one could ask for. Every detail was thoughtfully taken care of. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a comfortable and high-end stay with excellent service!

Hotel traditional decoration is just awesome! The views from the rooftop terrace (which also includes a small pool and a bar) are great. Clean, cozy, nicely traditional styled, and very spacious rooms. Clean bedsheets and towels (sanitized, they smelled bleach). Cleaning and change of towels/bedsheets properly made on request (without requesting, the personnel will not enter your room). Great location, easy to reach to most tourist attractions in Jaipur, in taxi (Uber) or tuk-tuk, with some restaurants, small stores, and a small market nearby. The restaurant has a very good chef, food is just delicious and variated. Pretty generous breakfast. All staff was very kind, professional, and responsive. Nice and clean massage facilities.

Starting from the first second it was absolutely amazing! You enter in a shiny golden palace and are greeted by nice staff who are so service oriented, it's incredible. We booked the suite which was the perfect choice (and so affordable for western standards). We also used the restaurant several times and the spa, which was both great. In 2,5 weeks in India this was by far our best stay!!! Thank you so much!

Absolutely loved our stay at Traditional Haveli. The staff were the best. Big shout out to Ajith, Dinesh, Narendra, Bhuvdev and all the chefs for all the wonderful food and service. The warm and lovely front office team made sure all our requests were met. Looking forward to another stay when their renovation work is completed

The welcomHeritage staff were fantastic! Sameer and Mamuni were very warm and hospitable. There was a wonderful bar in the basement and one or the waiters (not sure his name) was very nice and knowledgeable - we visited him every night prior to going out and got drinks. He would tell us stories about the history of the beautiful city and made us laugh.

The Hotel management could immediately arrange sightseeing facilities at a good price. We took a suit room that was spacious and value for money. Room was clean and maintained well.

A very traditional yet modern touch, the property has. It was surely picturesque. Breakfast - Good spread of breakfast (buffet). A variety of food was kept in their in-house restaurant 'Zaika'. Clean, hygienic, and tasty options. Room - We stayed for 2N in the Suite (Queen-White) room. The room was very spacious and had a separate bathroom with a walk-in area for dressing up. Dinner - They have an ala carte option for dinner, again in the in-house restaurant 'Zaika'. Super yummy and authentic Indian cuisine options to try from.
